We are a family-owned company that has been in business for 43 years. We have more than 2,350 pools located throughout Jackson and West Tennessee. Each pool is built with expertise and reliability. We offer a wealth of experience and keep our attention centered on you from the time you purchase your pool.

We specialize in building custom in-ground pools with various concrete options along with stone, travertine tile and brick coping to enhance their look. We stand by all of our pools by using Fort Wayne Sterling Pool and Hayward products. Our wall systems all have a LIFETIME transferable warranty, which extends to the new owners should you ever sell your house.

Our full-service store provides chemical solutions, pool supplies and everyday advice to help keep your pool crystal clear after installation. We work on the cutting edge of water chemistry with computerized water analysis, which gives you peace of mind that your pool will be perfectly balanced each time.

1. Service helper to open pools, clean pools and complete other pool related jobs to be determined. Must have good driving record and able to work late afternoons and weekends.
2. Retail associate to help answer phone, schedule appointments, run pool water tests and run cash register. Must have knowledgeable computer skills and good customer service skills. Great summertime/part time position. Hours will be 24-32+ hours a week and be able to work weekends.

Our Team

Johnny Davis, Owner Johnny was a young child when he started learning about the family business, Blue Hawaiian Pools. He would go with his dad, John, to visit customers and do estimates on pools. He spent many hours as a teenager building pools and doing other tasks for the company. Raised in Crockett County, Johnny is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin and now lives in Jackson with his family. When his father retired, Johnny became responsible for the company. He works hard to carry on his father’s legacy: building quality, in-ground pools for customers throughout West Tennessee. Tiffany Hill, Retail Store Manager Tiffany started at Blue Hawaiian Pools in 2016 she is originally from Missouri she moved to Jackson in 2005. Logan Foust, Construction Supervisor Logan has been building swimming pools at Blue Hawaiian since 2004. “Both Johnny and his dad have always gone out of their way to satisfy the customer,” Logan says.

Kenneth Tillman, Project Manager Kenneth has been building swimming pools for more than 35 years. He began working for Johnny’s dad, John Davis, two years after John started the company in 1976. Part of the lure of his job is being able to work outdoors; another part is being able to work with people who are like family to him. He enjoys building the best pool possible for each customer. Hammer Harris, Sales and Service Manager Hammer started working for John Davis and Blue Hawaiian Pools more than 25 years ago. He’s an invaluable resource on all aspects of Blue Hawaiian. The best part of his job, Hammer says, is working with customers and helping them create dream vacations in their very own backyards. Bryant Newell, Cleaning Service Manager Bryant has been working at Blue Hawaiian Pools since 2017. He currently serves as pastor at a local church in Jackson.
